RoomRevive processes the information needed to provide room redesign features, account continuity, purchase access and customer support.

Information we process

The app may process room photos, furniture reference photos, design preferences, wall, ceiling and floor color entries, selected decor items, generated image results, account identifiers, token balance, premium status, basic diagnostics and support messages.

How information is used

Room and furniture photos are used to generate interior design results. Account and purchase data are used to keep token balances, premium access and generated galleries available across app sessions. Support messages are used to answer user requests.

Third party services

RoomRevive may use Firebase for account continuity, storage, database and cloud functions, RevenueCat for purchase entitlement management, Apple for App Store purchases, and fal.ai compatible AI generation services for image processing.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded images, generated outputs and job metadata are retained while needed to provide the app gallery and account history. You may request deletion of account data, uploaded images or generated results by contacting support. Some purchase records may be retained as required for fraud prevention, accounting or platform compliance.

Consent and choices

You choose which room photos, furniture photos and prompts to upload. You can stop using the app, avoid uploading additional photos, cancel subscriptions in the App Store account settings, or contact support to request data deletion.
